We are an outpatient clinic specializing in opioid addiction treatment. Our mission is to restore you to a healthier, happier, and more productive life, free from dependence on illicit substances.
We provide patient-centered, compassionate outpatient treatment for Substance Use Disorder (SUD) through behavioral health services and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT). We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and multiple Colorado health plans.

What Is Opioid Addiction?
The American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) defines addiction as a primary, chronic disease of brain reward, motivation, memory, and related circuitry. Treatment is effective and recovery is possible.
Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
FDA-approved medications, combined with counseling and behavioral therapies, provide a whole-patient approach to treating substance use disorders.

Yes. Call us at 720-756-7162 and we will arrange your first visit. Every new patient has an assessment before treatment begins, and that visit takes about 1 to 2 hours. Our clinic hours are Monday through Friday from 5:30 AM to 12:30 PM and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
Yes. We proudly accept Medicaid, Medicare, Health First Colorado, Colorado Access, Colorado Community Health Alliance, and Rocky Mountain Health Plans.
MAT combines FDA-approved medications like methadone with counseling and behavioral therapies to provide a comprehensive approach to treating opioid use disorder.
Yes. We welcome patients transferring from other programs and work closely with your current provider to ensure a smooth, coordinated continuation of care.
