Terms & Conditions
The terms you agree to by using this website. The short version: this site is information, it is not medical advice, and in an emergency you should call 911.
Last updated September 4, 2026
These terms apply to milehightr.com, the website of Mile High Treatment & Recovery, 6310 E. Exposition Ave, Denver, CO 80224. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. You can still call us on 720-756-7162.
This website is not medical advice
The information on this website is general education about opioid use disorder and its treatment. It is not medical advice, it is not a diagnosis, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified clinician. Reading this site, sending a form or using the chat widget does not create a clinician and patient relationship. That begins only after an assessment at our clinic.
In an emergency
If you think you are having a medical emergency, including a suspected overdose, call 911 now. If you are in a mental health or suicidal crisis, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. Do not use this website, the chat widget or email to report an emergency, because they are not monitored around the clock.
How you may use the site
You may read, print and share our pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy the site to republish it, scrape it, interfere with it, attempt to gain access to any part of it that is not public, or use it to send anything unlawful, abusive or misleading.
Our content
The text, images, logo and design of this website belong to Mile High Treatment & Recovery or to the people we licensed them from, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. The clinic name and logo may not be used without our written permission.
Links to other sites
We sometimes link to other organizations because their information is useful. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or their privacy practices.
No warranty
We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that every page is current at the moment you read it. Clinic hours, services and accepted insurance plans can change.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Mile High Treatment & Recovery is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing in them affects your rights as a patient, which are set out on our Patient Rights page.
Cookies and your consent
When you first arrive we ask whether you accept cookies. Only the cookies needed to run the site are set before you answer. You can change or withdraw that answer at any time using the Cookie Settings link at the bottom of any page. Our Privacy Policy explains each category in full.
Accessibility
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA, and the accessibility button in the footer lets you adjust contrast, text size, motion and other display settings for yourself. Those settings are stored in your own browser and are never sent to us. Our Accessibility Statement explains what we have done, what we know is not there yet, and how to tell us about a barrier.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top and bottom of this page tells you when it was last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Becoming a patient
We are an Opioid Treatment Program. Every new patient has an assessment before treatment begins, so contacting us through this site starts a conversation. It does not enroll you in treatment, and it does not guarantee that treatment will be offered.
Contacting us through this site
Messages sent through the contact form, the chat widget or email are not monitored around the clock and are not a secure or confidential channel. Please do not send medical details through them. How we handle what you do send is described in our Privacy Policy. Your rights once you are a patient are set out on our Patient Rights page.
Insurance and cost information
The plans listed on this site are the plans we accept at the time of writing. Coverage, copays and eligibility are decided by your plan, not by us. Nothing on this website is a quote or a guarantee of coverage. Call us and we will verify your benefits with your provider before treatment begins.
