No Insurance

If You Have No Insurance

Mile High Treatment & Recovery accepts Medicaid and Medicare, and we have a sliding scale payment option for people who do not have insurance or cannot afford services. A sliding scale means what you pay is adjusted to what you can afford. We strive to eliminate financial barriers so you can get quality care.

A sliding scale is not free care. Call us before your first visit and our team will explain your rate, so there are no surprises.

Yes. Health First Colorado, which is Colorado's Medicaid program, covers methadone treatment at licensed Opioid Treatment Programs like ours. That includes daily dosing, your assessment and medical evaluation, individual counseling, group therapy, drug screening and care coordination. There is typically no copay for Medicaid-covered methadone services.
