What transferring means

Transferring means moving your existing treatment from one program to another without a gap in your care. Your current provider shares your treatment records and dosing information, and our medical team picks up from there.

We work closely with your current provider so the handover is smooth and coordinated. You should not have to manage the paperwork between two programs on your own.
