Mile High Treatment & Recovery is a single clinic at 6310 E. Exposition Ave in Denver, about 25 minutes from Arvada via I-70 or Wadsworth Boulevard. We are an Opioid Treatment Program offering methadone therapy, Medication-Assisted Treatment and counseling. There is no Arvada site, so patients from Arvada come to Denver.
That is why we open early. Our weekday hours run from 5:30 AM to 12:30 PM, and the drive from Arvada is about 25 minutes, so many patients dose and still make their shift. We are also open Saturday from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
Yes. We accept Medicaid and Medicare, including Health First Colorado, Colorado Access, Colorado Community Health Alliance and Rocky Mountain Health Plans. If you have no insurance or cannot afford care, ask about our sliding scale when you call.
Call us at 720-756-7162 and we will arrange your first visit. Every new patient has an assessment before treatment begins, so please call ahead rather than arriving unannounced. Bring a photo ID and your insurance card if you have one. We are open Monday to Friday from 5:30 AM to 12:30 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, and patients from Arvada come to our Denver clinic for every visit.
